Lawrence Smoot holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, USA. He is an accomplished administrator with over 30 years of experience at multiple levels. He spent many years in Washington, D.C. While there he worked for a large non-profit with approximately 700,000 members; as a member of a distinguished team, he worked to shape legislation to benefit the every-day person. Lawrence has published essays and given interviews on his perspective concerning his advocacy work over the past 25 years. Currently enjoying his life camping, kayaking, bicycling and performing in local theatre in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. Lawrence has found another passion within PKA Softtouch Inc.; helping to bring remarkable, painless injection technology to a market that is nearly unchanged in over 170 years.
