Dick Crawford has over 40 years of extensive work experience in the start-up and the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and has been involved with major pharmaceutical companies such as Biovail, Miles Laboratory (Bayer), UpJohn (Pfizer) and Schering-Plough. He has designed and constructed pharmaceutical plants in North, Central and South America, Europe and Australia. Mr. Crawford’s extensive knowledge and unique visualization abilities have enabled him to develop effective pharmaceutical designs, supervise construction, oversee commissioning and guide the validation of pharmaceutical and other facilities worldwide. He has extensive knowledge of the Canadian and US regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical plants. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and holds a Consulting Engineering designation. Mr. Crawford is currently the founder and president of Crawford Building Consultants Inc., which specializes in the development and expansion of small manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.
